How we process the personal data of people who visit this website and join the Ochoverse waiting list (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD).

We have not appointed a data protection officer because it is not mandatory in our case.
2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
This site is an information page. It collects personal data only in the following cases:

The waiting-list form asks only for your email address. Signing up is voluntary; if you do not agree, we cannot notify you. To limit automated submissions, the system keeps a technical identifier derived from your IP address for one hour.
3. How long we keep the data
- Waiting list: until we send you the launch notice. After that we delete your email, unless you ask to receive further information (new consent). If the launch does not happen, we will delete the list no later than 24 months after you sign up. If you withdraw your consent, we delete your email without delay.
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities.
- Server logs: according to the hosting provider's retention policy.
4. Who receives your data
We use Aruba S.p.A. (Via San Clemente 53, 24036 Ponte San Pietro, Bergamo, Italy) as a processor for web hosting and email. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We make no international transfers; if that changes, we will tell you and apply the safeguards required by the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing). Write to restaincontatto@buddysoftwaresolutions.com stating "Data protection" and the right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to verify your identity. We will reply within one month, free of charge.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
6. Minors
The waiting list is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you think a minor has signed up, write to us and we will delete their data.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the mailbox where sign-ups arrive, and collection of the minimum data only. This site does not ask for identity documents or sensitive data.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data.
9. Changes and other policies
We will update this policy if the processing changes and will show the date. When Ochoverse is available, the app will have its own privacy policy.
